Lucky’s: The celebrity-frequented California steakhouse Lucky’s quietly opened in Soho. The space is small & cozy, serving up all of Lucky’s classic steak cuts, including the porterhouse and bone-in-rib chop. The Soho location also features tableside martini service and a beautiful marble bar.

Yawning Cobra: Yawning Cobra is NoHo’s newest cocktail bar and the perfect place to begin your night out. This hidden Japanese speakeasy, marked by a snake shaped door handle, it offers fun cocktails and fried chicken in a sleek atmosphere.

Le Veau d’Or: Iconic NYC French restaurant, Le Veau d’Or, is back thanks to the team behind both Frenchette and Le Rock. This 1937 French eatery is considered the longest-running French bistro in NYC and is bringing back classics like their hanger steak bernaise with frites. Their $125 prix-fixe menu is far from limiting, offering 10 options each for both appetizers and entrées.

Elvis: The wine bar will soon replace Jolene and what was Great Jones Cafe in NoHo for 35 years. The wine bar will feature small bites and an extensive natural wine list curated by Le Dive’s wine director. Given that Elvis is coming from Golden Age Hospitality (The Nines, Le Dive, Deux Chats, Acme) it’s sure to be amazing!

Zimmi’s: The team behind Jean’s is opening this French-inspired spot on Bedford and its bound to be one of the West Village’s hottest openings this fall. The restaurant will feature both a wine bar and a formal dining room.

Eel Bar: The team behind Cervo’s recently opened Eel Bar on the Lower East Side. They’re serving a tapas menu in addition to an extensive drink list. This would be a great spot for date night!

Good Guys: Good Guys is another great new addition to the LES! This walk-in only spritz and wine shop has a small menu of bites brought to you by a Russ and Daughters alumn. Not only do they have great service, but their fun selection of vinyls make it the perfect atmosphere for a date or casual night with friends.

Midnight Blue: Takuma Watanabe (Martiny’s, L’Americana, Angel’s Share) is at it again, but this time with a jazz bar in Gramercy. Midnight Blue features a whiskey-focused bar and a main event space dedicated to nightly jazz performances. Expect a $10 cover charge and a creative cocktail menu with a variety of martinis, sours, and old fashions.

Thea: From the team behind Miss Ada and Theodora, Thea is Brooklyn’s newest go-to bakery for pastries and sandwiches. Thea serves coffee in addition to a variety of baked goods and sandwiches. Pro tip - arrive right at opening at 7am to grab their limited egg sandwiches and avocado toast!

Cha Cha Chang: Cha Cha Chang took over Hancock St. in West Village with a Hong Kong-style diner. What began as a pop-up now has a permanent home. Expect elevated peking duck, ramen, macaroni soup, egg rolls and more. The restaurant is also open for brunch and serves a milk bread french toast with sweetened condensed milk.

Roberta’s: Famous pizza joint Roberta’s now has a standalone location in NYC right above Penn Station! This location features a rooftop in addition to indoor seating. Don’t miss out on their classics - Neapolitan pizza (go for the Bee Sting!), stracciatella and n’djua, little gem salad, and a ton of pastas. If you are on the go, you can also check out their slice shop, R.slice, at the ground level.

Carnitas Ramirez: True to their name, Carnitas Ramirez is all about carnitas! Taqueria Ramirez opened their latest spot in East Village with a special focus on pork. These budget-friendly tacos cater to adventurous eaters, offering more than 10 different cuts like pork ear and tongue.

Pura Vida: Popular Miami cafe Pura Vida, known for its fresh and healthy menu, recently opened its doors in NoMad! The restaurant chain is bringing its signature casual, beachy vibes along with popular dishes like their toasted chicken wrap and avocado smash toast. Breakfast is served all day in addition to an extensive menu of smoothies and acai bowls.

Chloe: Chef Chloe Coscarelli makes her return at the OG By Chloe location on Bleecker Street. Even if you’re not vegan, you should definitely check it out. My fave is the quinoa taco salad!

Psaraki: Psaraki is bringing traditional Greek food to Williamsburg with beautiful views of the East River and Williamsburg Bridge. A great spot for an outdoor dinner with a group!

Bar Contra: Michelin-starred Contra is back, but this time as a cocktail bar with light bites. I went this past weekend and was very impressed - the perfect date night spot on the Lower East Side!

Din Tai Fung: Last, but certainly not least… world-renowned Din Tai Fung opened its first and largest location in Midtown. This Chinese restaurant seats more than 400 guests and serves a variety of soup dumplings, spicy wontons, and fried rice among other favorite items. Din Tai Fung has a reputation for its consistent quality, and this new location is no exception. Be sure to check their website, as they are currently operating on a reservation-only basis.

SOUTHAMPTON

Sant Ambroeus: My go-to for coffee in town. I love it for a grab-and-go iced coffee or to sit outside for a more formal meal. The prices are steep, but the people watching is excellent.

El Verano: Chef Medina (Toloache, Soledad & Amarena) is at it again with an upscale Mexican restaurant in Southampton town. A great spot for dinner with parents.

Main Street Market: This new market just opened in town & they’re serving Jack’s Coffee - making it rival Sant Ambroeus. They also have a variety of groceries, salads & sandwiches.

Village Cheese Shop: The perfect spot to grab sandwiches, wraps, and salads before heading to the beach. The shop also offers custom and pre-made grazing boards.

WATERMILL

Calissa: Head to Calissa if you’re looking for a scene. It’s great for big groups and they often host concerts in August (I saw Wyclef Jean here a week ago). Perfect for a fun group dinner (bachelorettes, birthday dinners etc.).

Sushi Zuki: A casual sushi spot in Watermill Square. Perfect for takeaway.

Halsey Farm: My family’s go-to farm stand where we do the vast majority of our grocery shopping when we’re out East!

Kissaki: I went for their omakase last summer and was very impressed by the quality. The omakase room is also stunning. They also have a large a la carte offering and outdoor seating.

BRIDGEHAMPTON

Round Swamp Farm: Bridgehampton (also Montauk and East Hampton) - The original location of the now-viral Round Swamp is in Bridgehampton. It's definitely pricey but a fun spot to visit. Their prepared foods are what you come here for—chicken fingers, chicken salad, guacamole, and cookies. If you want the full experience, I’d recommend going early in the day.

ELAIA: A good choice for Greek food in Bridgehampton. The acoustics are a bit rough, so I'd recommend sitting outside, especially if you're with your parents, as I was on my last visit. They offer great dips and an excellent Greek salad. Plus, they have a daily happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30 pm!

Pierre’s: An old school Hamptons-vibe. The food is nothing special, but it’s been around for years. I’d recommend going for light bites and cocktails, sitting outside, and people-watching.

Topping Rose House: It's a solid choice for a special occasion meal. The food is great, though the service was slow and disappointing the last time I went. It's one of the few restaurants open year-round for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

SAG HARBOR

Estia’s Little Kitchen: Estia’s is a hidden gem that serves Mexican food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They source most of their produce from their on-site garden. With outdoor picnic benches and a green lawn, it’s the ultimate casual brunch spot. Walk in only.

Sag Harbor Tavern: The sister restaurant to Red Hook Tavern arrived in the Hamptons, bringing their famous dry-aged burger and wedge fries along with them. Expect the same great vibes, now with the added bonus of a view of Sag Harbor Bay.

Sen: Sen is the most popular spot for sushi in the Hamptons—and for good reason! They don’t accept reservations, but the wait for the spicy tuna crispy rice and the Gardua roll is well worth it.

Tutto II Giorno: Sag Harbor (also Southampton) The Sag Harbor location is my preferred Tutto location. They serve solid Italian food with stunning outdoor seating. You can’t go wrong with any of their pastas.

Le Bilboquet: If you’re looking for a lively and sceney spot, this is your place. The restaurant sits right on Sag Harbor Bay, offering great views of the incoming boat traffic. It’s a fun place for a few drinks, but be aware—it’s very pricey and, in my opinion, the food is average.

Sag Pizza: A great choice for casual dinner in town - a great Neapolitan pie!

BuddhaBerry: Sag Harbor (also Southampton) - BuddhaBerry is my favorite sweet treat in Sag Harbor (and they recently opened in Southampton)! They have the best fro-yo in town and an extensive wall of toppings - everything from movie theater candy and breakfast cereals to fruit and, my favorite, cookie dough!

Sagtown Coffee: Sagtown coffee is my go-to for coffee in town. It has a great vibe. It’s always packed, but worth the wait.

SAGAPONACK

Wölffer Estate Wine Stand: - A great place to stop for a glass of wine before dinner! Not only is it perfect for watching the sunset, but they also host fun events like yoga and live music. The stand is casual and walk-in only, making it ideal for large groups.

EAST HAMPTON

Carissa’s Bakery: East Hampton & Sag Harbor - My favorite bakery in the Hamptons. Their baked goods are stunning and delicious. They also have a great menu of sandwiches and salads that you can enjoy in their garden or get to-go.

Hampton Chutney Co: Having been open for 27 years, Hamptons Chutney Co. definitely knows a thing or two about dosas, uttapams, and curry chicken. With limited indoor seating, Hamptons Chutney is the optimal takeout spot - or better yet, enjoy your food at the picnic tables outside.

Moby’s: I love Moby’s for a fun dinner out east! Their courtyard has a great vibe & the pizzas are the must order item. Celeb sightings probable - I’ve spotted Jason Bateman, Brooke Shields, and Penn Badgley here!

Blue Parrot: A great option for affordable Mexican food. This spot is often overlooked, but deserves more hype in my opinion!

Sí Sí Restaurant: This restaurant has stunning views and is located in the EHP Resort & Marina. The crowd and service can vary, but the setting is beautiful.

East Hampton Grill: An old-school East Hampton spot perfect for year ‘round meals. A classic steakhouse vibe. Fun fact: it’s owned by Hillstone.

AMAGANSETT

La Fondita: La Fondita is one of the few affordable, casual options out East. It's a great spot for a big group—you can even walk to Talkhouse from here, making it an ideal spot for margaritas and guac before a night out!

Stephen Talkhouse: Talkhouse holds a special place in my heart. It’s a classic Hamptons spot that’s been around forever. They have live music every night, and it can definitely get packed. Expect long lines and a young crowd on weekends, but on weeknights, especially earlier, you’ll find locals enjoying the live music.

Jack's Stir Brew Coffee: A great choice for coffee in town! This is my favorite Jack’s location in the NY area. It’s so cute!

Il Buco al Mare: This is my second favorite restaurant in the Hamptons (spoiler alert: Duryea’s is my fave). All the food is incredibly fresh and comes from local farms. Their pizzettes are absolutely delicious, as are all their vegetable dishes.

Fini Pizza: From the team behind Misi and Lilia, Fini Pizza serves the best pizza in the Hamptons. You can also now order their pizzas for delivery if you’re in the area!

Coche Comedor: A great choice for Mexican. The restaurant is housed in an old railcar diner and is a great place for a group dinner.

Amber Waves Farm, Market, & Cafe: Amber Waves is the quintessential upscale Hamptons market, featuring a walkable farm behind their main market. Not only is it a farm, restaurant, and grocery store, but Amber Waves also serves as an educational space, offering cooking classes and programming for kids and families. Their event calendar is always packed, so check it out if you’re looking for something fun to do!

The Clam Bar: The Clam Bar is a Hamptons classic! Located on the highway, it’s a great casual spot for a lobster roll and lobster salad. I prefer it to the more-hyped Lobster Roll across the highway.

MONTAUK

Duryea’s Montauk: This is my favorite restaurant in the Hamptons. It's located on the water, and the vibe is always 10/10. I prefer going for lunch (there's usually less of a wait), but if you want to catch the sunset, I’d recommend arriving around 5 PM, putting your name down, and enjoying a glass of rosé on the dock! The $97 Lobster Cobb salad is absolutely worth the hype! Other must-orders are the lobster roll and french fries.

Mavericks Montauk: Located on Fort Pond, Mavericks offers stunning sunset views. Definitely opt to sit outside for a more low-key experience, as the inside can get a bit rowdy. The must-order items are the Parker House rolls and the lobster pasta.

Navy Beach: This is a great spot for sunset drinks with a big group, but I'd skip the food.

Harvest on Fort Pond: Harvest on Fort Pond has beautiful waterfront views and outdoor dining. It’s great for families & large groups.

Crow’s Nest: Crow’s Nest is the ultimate weekend dinner spot and definitely a scene. They often close their waitlist around 6:30 PM, so my best advice is to arrive early—around 5 PM—and wait by their lakefront bar. The wooden cabanas and spacious outdoor seating area also make it the perfect place to grab a drink with friends and watch the sunset.

Left Hand Coffee: Left Hand Coffee is Montauk’s go-to coffee shop - it’s packed every weekend for a reason! They serve excellent cold brew and iced lattes. If you prefer sweeter drinks, don’t miss out on their Nutella-infused latte.

N’amo Seafood: N’amo Seafood is the latest addition to the Montauk marina from the team behind Sí Sí. It's a blend of seafood and Italian cuisine. The stracciatella and spaghetti with clams are must-orders! They occasionally have a DJ, but when we went, the vibe was pretty quiet and casual.

The Surf Lodge: I hesitated even adding this to the list, but what is a Hamptons guide without a mention of Surf Lodge? I’d only go here if you’re invited for free, or you want to buy a ticket to a concert. I saw Quinn XCII last summer and it was amazing - Another Day in Paradise for sure!
